EPHRATA (CelebrityAccess) – Plans filed Grant County Planning Department reveals some of Live Nation's plans for upgrades at the Gorge Amphitheatre. A University of Georgia senior has died six weeks after she was diagnosed with a stage 4 tumor that caused a horrific brain bleed while in Mexico on Spring Break.
